At ConnTrol, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
